Emmaus Baptist Church

AWANA meets every Sunday evening September through May from 6 to 7:30. Kids from 3 years old through sixth grade enjoy high-energy, relationship-oriented, Bible-based fun. Dedicated volunteers are screened and ready to disciple children and help them hide God's Word in their hearts.

The AWANA curriculum helps children develop a Christian Worldview (the perceptual framework we make decisions from and that leads us through life). That worldview is built by leading children to answer questions such as these: Adapted from George Barna's book Transforming Children into Spiritual Champions, ©2003, Regal Publishing	Does God Exist? What is the character and nature of God? How and why was the world created? What is the nature and purpose of man? What happens after we die on Earth? What spiritual authorities exist? What is truth?
