The purpose of the CREW (Student Leadership team) is to give us a platform to constantly teach and reinforce why leadership is so important and what godly leadership looks like. We want to rise up in this Student Ministry students that aspire to be leaders, not for themselves, but for the benefit others.

- Plan ideas for future events and be active in carrying out those ideas
- Brainstorm ways we can better reach other students
- Create ways and opportunities for missions and service and much more…
More than just being a group of students that helps create opportunities for ministry we want students to do ministry. When they come up with ideas we want them to be on the front lines making these ideas come into reality.
There will be a spiritual element to the CREW as well. In fact it will be of the utmost importance. Besides planning and preparing ministry we will spend a lot of time praying and studying the Bible together. We want to develop godly student leaders that will lead other students to do the same.
